Ingredients:
- 8 sausages
- 4 large potatoes
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
1
Start by making the mashed potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small chunks. Boil them in a pot of salted water until they are soft and tender. Drain the water and add the butter and milk to the potatoes. Mash them with a potato masher or a fork until they are creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Next, cook the sausages. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add the sausages. Cook them for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through.
3
While the sausages are cooking, prepare the onion gravy. Peel and chop the onion into small pieces. Heat a small saucepan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter. Once the butter has melted, add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes soft and translucent, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle the flour over the onion and stir until it is well combined. Slowly pour in the beef stock and Worcestershire sauce, stirring continuously. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
