- 500g boneless chicken (cut into cubes)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1-inch ginger (minced)
- 2 cups tomato puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt.
Add the chicken to the marinade and mix well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
